How is coaching different from mentoring or consulting?
Coaching isn’t advice or consulting. You bring the topic and make every decision. I ask questions as a thought partner that help you get to your own answers.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
We’ll discover that together. The introduction call is a low-pressure way to find out, and if it isn’t a fit, we’ll figure that out together.
Do I need to work in a specific industry?
No. My background is in insurance, but the work is about strategic leadership. The questions leaders face about decisions, priorities, and people are not specific to one industry.
